WINTER AMATEUR GOLF LEAGUE 2025

We are proud to announce the 3rd Invictus Golf Amateur Winter League. All skill levels are welcomed but no professionals. The third year strives for connection with the community, giving us a reason to gather together for a friendly competition. With multiple teams of 4 competing and our generous sponsors supporting the third year, the league will showcase both the scale and spirit of this 10-week premier long event. As we continue to elevate the Invictus Winter League experience, we invite you to join us in the 2025 League for an unforgettable season.

How To Enter:
$600 per team ($150 per player)
Includes: Welcoming Gift, Chance to win Prizes and Rewards,
and a post-invitation for your team to our Grand Closing Ceremony all included.

Payment must be paid in full ($600) in-store by credit, debit, or cash
All teams must register no later than November 19
Every team will need to present Photo ID’s In-store to ensure NO Professional Players
*** For all players under the age of 21, Invictus Golf is not responsible for any events/occurance that may happen during the trip ***
*** For all players under the age of 21, due to US Laws, Consent letters from Legal Guardians are required ( for prize purposes ) ***
*** For all players under the age of 18, Any prizes containing Alchohol related products require their legal guardians to redeem on their behalf ***
Duration:
8-12 Weeks
First Week: November 28 – December 4
Final Week: January 19 – January 26
Play off Week: TBD in February 2026
Each team must play once a week and at regular in-store rates
-Book your rounds normally online or over the phone. When booking online, please indicate it’s for the Winter League in the note section
Different course will be played each week and picked my Invictus Golf
Play off courses will be decided closer to date
*** We recommend booking for a minimum 3 hours or more, to make sure your team’s round is complete ***
Grand Closing Ceremony Dinner:
February 16, 2026
RSVP is needed by February 7, 2025
One team member from each team are required to attend in order to receive prizes or will be forfeited

Rules & Details
Team of 4 players + 1 Spare. No Pro Players ( will be verified through Social media & PGA and CPGA Website )
Spare player is allowed ONLY throughout regular season. No switching during Play offs
We still encourage teams with Teams with less than 4 players to participate however, teams of fewer players will NOT be permitted extra shots either (ie. 3 golfers becomes a 3 ball Texas Scramble Format )
All men players will be playin off BLUE TEE & Women players will play off the WHITE TEE
*** If Spare player is Professional. Whole team will be disqualified ***
1 x Mulligan per person/ per round – NO Mulligans during Play offs
All teams must register no later than November 19.
Each player gives consent to Invictus Golf to create and post publicily on all media platforms.
A member from Invictus Golf will take pictures of each player and team, and post on social media.
Each team must play once a week and at regular in-store rates.
Standard cancelation policies for simulator bays apply, where teams must provide 24 hours notice in order to cancel any league play without charge
Each team are required to hand in their scorecoards at the end of each play, to be verified
Live Scores and Team Rankings will be posted on Website & social media platforms
Different course will be played each week and picked my Invictus Golf.
Each team will require a captain as the point of contact.
Payment must be paid in full ($600) in-store by credit, debit, or cash.
Photo ID is required from each player before gameplay (ie: Drivers Licence, Passport)
ID must match player information (First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, and Gender)
The hole-in-one prize will be given to a maximum of 1 player
